Answer: You might have a problem finding the Parisian website. Even a Google search can be confusing. That’s because the Parisian chain was bought out several years ago by Belk, Inc. As is often the case in an acquisition, Belk changed the name and brand of most of the Parisian stores it acquired to the Belk brand.

A few of the Parisian stores, however, were sold by Belk to Bon Ton Stores, Inc. Unlike Belk, Bon-Ton chose to keep the Parisian name/brand. In fact, few people in Michigan realize that the Parisian Department Stores in Livonia, Rochester Hills and Clinton Township represent a chain that is now unique to the state.

What does this all mean? It means that the website for the Parisian Department Store is www.BonTon.com.
