What Is An Invisible Stain?
You may not have been aware of this, but there is a group of stains known as “Invisible Stains”.
Most invisible stains are caused by food or beverages. Although quite visible while it’s still wet, after it dries it becomes invisible. Later on, as time passes, a yellow or brown stain will appear. This is caused by the oxidation of sugar in the staining substance. The process is the same reason that an apple turns brown after being sliced and exposed to the air.
Dry cleaning can successfully remove most oily food stains, unless they have been left to oxidize. Once they oxidize and have turned yellow or brown, they become very difficult or in some cases impossible to remove.
If you have an invisible stain, please make your counter associate aware of it so that we may treat the affected area with the appropriate spotting agent.
Care Labels Are Important To Us!
Garment care labels are very important and should not be removed. Care labels provide us with instruction on the best way to clean and press your garment. Without the care label, we are at risk of going against the manufacturer’s recommendation of how your garment should be cared for.
Care labels are also very important when caring for household items such as comforters.
Think of care labels as being the owner’s manual for your clothes and household items.

This is just a friendly reminder that we will need to continue our generosity to help these survivors get back on their feet and get their lives back on track.

Bring us your excess wire hangers and we will recycle every one that we can. Let’s all work together to keep as many wire hangers out of our landfills as possible.
